I have been a mental health counselor for 15 years and a hospital chaplain for 4 years. While working in a variety of traditional mental health, wellness and health care settings, I have also been involved in non-traditional and alternative medicine and healing practices for the past 18 years as a spiritual seeker, student and teacher.

Over the years, I have studied and practiced a variety of healing modalities and gained a wide range of experiences that I now bring to working with people to achieve optimal healing and wellness.

One of the things I did in the psychiatric unit of the hospital where I worked was to teach life management skills, and I am now teaching individuals and small groups to utilize an assortment of tools to better manage their lives and create balance, joy, passion and success.

I love working with people on their personal and spiritual growth. I am a Certified Spiritual Director and a Certified Prosperity Guide. Working with men and women on creating prosperity and abundance in their lives is an area I moved into in 2006 after being a student, teacher and mentor for many months.

I call my approach Healing Your Way To Prosperity. When we set big goals and intentions and dream big dreams, and we move forward, all that is not in alignment with that rises up to be healed. This can create personal and spiritual crisis in our lives as we face old and limiting beliefs, thoughts, attitudes and habits. In working with my clients, I utilize a wide variety of healing modalities and teaching methods. I take a holistic approach in working with the mind, body and spirit to achieve optimal healing, health and wellness.

I work both with individuals and small groups in person, and by telephone, teleconference, e-mail and live chat.

I have an entrepreneurial spirit, and I partner with others in several different businesses and ventures.

This year I birthed my dream in the community where I live, opening H.O.P.E. House, Healing and Wellness Center. H.O.P.E. House, "Helping Other People Exist, Evolve and Excel."
